  Gluten free Gram lentil cookie(with or without oven)     Hey my glutenfree buddy!!How are you today?I am so happy and exited because today I will make cookie for myself.I like all kinds of cookies but as I am searching for gluten free option we need to find alternative flour  of cookie flour(maida).     I tried very much different flours to make cookie.what I find is one of them I am sharing with you.Its very much delicious recipe.     For this recipe you just need Gluten free Gram Lentil flour.     If you don't have it you can make it home.you just need gram lentils(chana dal).
